About Our Firm

As a Board Certified Elder Law attorney, Michael Connors focuses his practice on the legal needs of elderly and disabled clients, including:

  • Trust and Estate Planning and Administration;
  • Advance Directives for Health Care, Living Wills, and Durable Powers of Attorney;
  • Long-Term Care Planning;
  • Asset Protection and Benefits Eligibility including Medicaid and Social Security;

  • Guardianship Administration for Minors and Adults; and,
  • Special Needs Trusts Planning and Administration for the Elderly and Disabled. 

Prior to becoming the Firm Administrator, Claudette A. Connors was a Geriatric Medical Social Worker with the Florida Department of Elder Affairs. She also worked in the private sector as a Geriatric Care Manager in Palm Beach County.  She served for 6 years as the Regional Director of the Long-Term Care Ombudsman Council, Districts 9 and 15, in the Florida Department of Elder Affairs.  Claudette and Michael Connors married in 1986.

Our Law Firm Staff includes Edee Corrias, legal assistant, who has 35 years experience as a bookkeeper; and Wanda Gonzales, paralegal, who has worked as a probate and guardianship paralegal for over 17 years.
